Principle:
Sodium nitrate provides nitrogen; dipotassium hydrogen phosphate as buffers; magnesium sulfate, potassium chloride, ferrous sulfate provides the necessary ions. higher levels of sodium chloride having Mucoraceae slow the growth of bacteria and inhibit bacterial fast role; sucrose as carbon source; agar as a medium coagulant.

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1g
Magnesium sulfate 0.5g
Potassium chloride 0.5g
Ferrous sulfate 0.01g
Sodium chloride 60g
Sucrose 30g
Agar 15g
Final pH 6.0 ± 0.2
 
 
How to use?
1. Suspend 109g in 1 L of distilled water, stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, 121 ? autoclave for 15min.
2. Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
