Responsibilities:
- Provide excellence in customer service and as first contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Prepare sales quotations for customers, tender documents or contracts
- Maintaining and update customer records from time to time as per needed
- Assist the Marketing team with various activities, eg. Trade Shows, Mass Mailings
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned to support sales and marketing team
- Assist the sales team to follow up on quotations generated
- Generate related report for management’s review.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related Life Science discipline.
- Customer service oriented & able to work under minimal supervision
- Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). proficiently in Adobe Photoshop will an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong attention to details and highly organized
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Responsible for sales & marketing of scientific, laboratory & research instruments to the Life Science research community and industries
- Engage key account customers, source out new accounts and other business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling inquiries and eventual sales order
- Managing product lines from strategic planning to tactical activities
Requirements:
- Degree in any Science discipline (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- A team-player who is resourceful and able to multi-task

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, commissioning and provide training of scientific, laboratory & research instruments to the scientific research community and industries
- Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling customer feedback, prompt response and working closely with sales engineers
- Liaising with principals or suppliers for technical issues
- To take ownership for all assigned projects
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or semi-conductor environment is an advantage
