Usages:
For selective enumeration and count of C.perfringens in foodstuffs.
Principle:
Pancreatic month showed soy peptone and yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; glucose and lactose to fermentable sugars provide the carbon source; partial sodium bisulfite and ammonium ferric citrate is used to detect hydrogen sulfide production, agar as medium coagulant; D- cycloserine suppressing non-Clostridium bacteria.
How to use:
1. Suspend 42g of the product, adding 1 L of distilled or deionized water, heated to boiling stirring until completely dissolved, dispensing into flask, 121 ? autoclaved 15min.
2. Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Store in a dark, cool and dry place, tighten the cap immediately after use. Storage period of three years.
