Usages:
For colony count of lactic acid bacteria in a beverage.
Principle:
Tomato juice provide the carbon source, protein and other nutrients; beef extract powder and yeast extract powder provide nitrogen, vitamins and growth factors; glucose and lactose provide carbon source; potassium hydrogen phosphate as buffer ;agar as a medium coagulant.

How to use?
1. Suspend 60g in 950ML of distilled water,and add 50ML of tomato juice, stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, distribute into a flask, autoclave at 121? for 15 minutes.
2. Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
