Principle:
Calcium chloride as an activating agent to provide cations; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic equilibrium; Tris as a buffer; agar as a medium coagulant.

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) 0.3g
Calcium chloride 0.0011g
Sodium chloride 10g
Toluidine blue 0.083g
Tris 6.1g
Agar 10g
Final pH 9.0 ± 0.2
How to use?
1. Suspend 26.5g in 1L of distilled water, stirring heated to boiling to completely dissolve, autoclave at 121? for 15 minutes.
2. Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
