Usages:
For selective isolation of enteropathogenic vibrios, especially for Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
 
Principle:
Multivalent peptone, yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; sodium chloride can stimulate the growth of Vibrio; bromothymol blue and thymol blue are pH indicator; agar as medium coagulant.

How to use?
1. Suspend 89g in 1L of distilled water, heating and stirring to dissolve after boiling 1-2min, not autoclaved, cooled to 50?, poured sterile petri dish.
2. Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage:
Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
