Usages:
For selective cultivation of Vibrio cholera.
 
Principle:
Peptone provides the growth necessary for carbon and nitrogen source; high content of sodium chloride to inhibit bacteria resistance to high osmotic pressure; agar as a medium coagulant.
 
Formulation?per liter?:
Tryptone 10g
Sodium chloride 10g
Agar 15g
Final pH7.2 ± 0.2
 
How to use?
1. Suspend 35g in 1L of distilled water, stirring heated to boiling to completely dissolve, autoclave at 121? for 15 minutes.
2. Diluted and treated samples. 
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
