Resistant
The unique double tube system made of robust quartz glass and wear-resistant ceramic reaches the optimal annealing temperature of 900 ° C (1650 ° F) after only a few minutes. To anneal the inoculation loop is simply held in the ceramic glow tube. The inoculation loop is sterilized after 5-7 seconds *. An integrated splash guard ensures more safety when handling pathogenic material. Even dirt is not a problem. The ceramic glow tube can be easily removed from the quartz glass heating element for separate cleaning.
Flexible and secure.
The exclusive angle adjustment enables a self-fixing position of the glow tube. The low and stable housing allows comfortable working; the unique design protects the work surface from dirt. Outstanding passive safety: after prolonged use, a residual heat indicator signals that the surface of the glow tube is hot, thus protecting against burns.
All around made of stainless steel, the SteriMax also withstands extreme laboratory conditions.
