For isolation and identification of Staphylococcus aureus.
 
Principle:
Peptone, soy peptone and yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources and trace elements; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic equilibrium; agar as medium coagulant; chromogenic reagent and Staphylococcus aureus enzyme specific reaction, hydrolysis substrates, releasing the color groups in the colorless transparent plate, Staphylococcus aureus pink - purple edges neat colonies; bacteriostatic agents inhibit the growth of bacteria.
 
How to use:
1.Suspend 67.4g of this product ,add 1L of distilled or deionized water (according to the proportion increased expand or shrink), stirred and heated to boil until completely dissolved (avoid excessive heating), without autoclaving, cooling to about 50 ? pour into plate spare;
2.The sample to be tested in accordance with appropriate standards (GB, SN, FDA, etc.) for sampling and pre-enrichment, enrichment broth picked a ring of streaked on the medium prepared plates and incubated at 36 ± 1 ? for 18 ~ 24 h, observations typical suspicious colonies were picked qualification tests.
