ACE2 and Spike Protein Stable Cell Lines
GenScript has developed single clone stable cell lines with high expression of the key regulators of COVID19, SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein or human ACE2 (hACE2), and two options of host cells – HEK293 or CHO-K1, as powerful cell line tools for drug discovery to treat COVID19.
Both HEK293/ACE2 and CHO-K1/ACE2 stable cell lines are generated with the features below:

GPCR Stable Cell Lines
GenScript offers a wide selection of GPCR stable cell lines. Proprietary codon optimization and vector design technologies enable GenScript to overcome low functional protein expression at the cell surface.
