For colony count of lactic acid bacteria in the beverage.
Principle:
Soy peptone, beef extract powder and yeast extract powder provide nitrogen, vitamins and growth factors; glucose and lactose provide the carbon source; agar as culture based coagulant; neutral red as pH indicator.

How to use?
1. Suspend 80g in 1 L of distilled water, stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, distribute into a flask, autoclave at 121? for 15 minutes.
2. Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
