Based on the magnetic beads separation and purifica- tion method, the FineMag Blood Spot Genomic DNA Kit is suitable for purifying high-quality nucleic acids from dry blood spots and other samples. There is no need to use toxic phenol chloroform during the extraction process, and no time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The kit can be integrated with magnetic rod or pipetting automatic nucleic acid extractor method for high-throughput extraction, and a magnetic separation rack can be also used for manualoperation.

Storage

Be stable for more than 12 months at RT (15-25)C. At Dw temperature, MDA may have precipitation. I there is precipitation, please re-dissolve in the 37 *c water bath condition before use.
