The Fuego SCS is a new class among laboratory gas burners. With maximum safety and comfort, this laboratory gas burner is ideally suited for all flame-related applications in the laboratory.

Versatile
The Fuego SCS can be operated with a non-contact IR sensor, button function or foot pedal *. Various programs developed from practice are available for all variants: flexible start-stop functions, long-term applications for up to 2 hours or programs for flaming down to the second. In operation, the display shows the remaining burning time after the flame is lit. In addition, the Fuego SCS automatically recognizes whether a foot pedal or the Autoloop Pro inoculation carousel is connected and displays further operating options .

More comfort thanks to the graphic display
The animated and high-contrast graphic display is easy to read in all lighting conditions thanks to the blue backlight. The self-explanatory, language-free symbol menu facilitates the quick selection of all functions. Can't see the display? Acoustic signals also support the user.

Cooling reminder for inoculation loops
The cooling time reminder, which can be set to the second, helps to exactly keep the cooling down period of inoculation loops.

Zero pressure shutdown
Additional safety at the end of work offers zero pressure shutdown. With it, the residual pressure is released from the connecting hose and the life of the gas hose is increased.

Temperature control for heating media
With the new temperature control and an optional temperature sensor, the laboratory gas burner is transformed into a temperature control station.

Innovative - The DoubleClick IR sensor
With this additional safety function that can be activated, the burner only starts when the DoubleClick IR sensor is activated twice. The detection range and the time span of the DoubleClick can be individually adjusted. Accidental ignition of the flame is impossible, triggering the sensor by falling or falling objects is prevented, safety is
significantly increased.

Top-class safety
The SCS safety control system means state-of-the-art safety technology that continuously analyzes all potential dangers and, if necessary, initiates protective measures - such as interrupting the gas supply. In addition to ignition and flame monitoring and overtemperature protection, the new safety package offers continuous burner head monitoring BHC. BHC reliably detects burner head contamination from liquids or foreign bodies and also monitors the correct assembly of the burner head. Excellent passive safety:
After prolonged use, a residual heat indicator signals that the burner head is still hot and thus protects against burns. The adjustable, automatic device switch-off prevents the flame from being ignited unintentionally if the burner has not been activated for a long time, eg after work breaks.

Striking: the unmistakable shape. The low housing enables comfortable working; the streamlined design reduces the disturbance of the air flow of a clean room workbench to a minimum. With the dimensions 103 x 49 x 130 mm (W x H x D), the Fuego SCS is extremely space-saving. The flame can be precisely regulated with the new dual button for gas and air settings. The detachable burner head can be easily disassembled into its individual components for thorough cleaning . Even heavy soiling is not a problem. Spilled liquids flow out through a channel and solids can be easily removed by opening the burner shaft.
