FinePure Plant RNA Kit

This kit uses a unique lysis system, without the use of mercaptoethanol, phenol, chloroform and other toxic and harmful reagents, and can extract RNA from various simple plant tissue materials (leaves, stems, seedlings, etc.). The RNA extracted by this kit is of high purity and  little protein, genomic DNA and other impurities contamination. It can be purified from 50-100mg plant tissues to get up to tens of micrograms of high-purity RNA.

Storage

DNase I is transported in ice bags. DNase I should be stored at -20°C immediately after delivery; DNase I Buffer can be stored at 4°C for 6 months; other reagents 15-25°C stored for 12 months.
