Principle:
Peptone provides the nitrogen source, vitamins, amino acids, and carbon; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic balance; potassium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate as a buffer.

Peptone 1.0g
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate 3.56g
Disodium hydrogen phosphate 7.23g
Sodium chloride 4.30g
Final pH 7.0 ± 0.2
  
 
How to use?
1. Suspend 16.1g in 1 L of distilled water, stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, 121 ? autoclaves for 15min.
2. Diluted and treated samples.
