Usages:
For cultivation of high nutritional requirements bacteria and hemolysis test, also for the detection of Clostridium in drugs.
 
Principle:
Trypsin digest of casein, heart trypsin digestion, meat pepsin digestion, yeast extract powder, soluble starch provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors.
 
Formulation?per liter?:
Trypsin digest of casein 10.0g
Heart trypsin digest 3.0g
Corn starch 1.0g
Pepsin digests meat 5.0g
Yeast extract powder 5.0g
Sodium chloride 5.0g
Agar 15.0g
Final pH7.3 ± 0.2
 
How to use?
1. Suspend 44.0g in 1 L of distilled water, stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, 121 ? autoclaves for 15min.
2. Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
